Unit 08 / Ocean Front, Ground Floor

The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed and is next to the main bathroom. The second guest room has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a 36” flat screen television and DVD player. The living room has a 42” Smart flat screen television with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. There is a water cooler, Keurig coffee maker, central air conditioning, and a lovely terrace. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional couch and large cabinet for games, DVDs, CDs and CD player. It is a warm, friendly and well-stocked condo with sweeping views across the lawn to the ocean. It is just steps away from the beach, ocean, pool, and gazebo. Bring your mask and snorkel to see the underwater life just steps away from this condo and enjoy a drink on the beach as you relax and watch the magnificent sunsets. | | The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

  Wow, Christopher Columbus in West Bay blew us away! Our condo was way bigger than we thought it would be, and *spotless*. The furniture's a little older, but it's in perfect shape, and we *loved* the decor. The beach? Seriously, it's right up there with Seven Mile Beach – gorgeous! And the service was great, especially our housekeeper – she was fantastic. Honestly, we felt so lucky to be there. Perfect place to stay!

  Excellent Location and beautiful facility with well maintained individual beach cabanas. Ground floor units with easy walk out access to beach. There is a lot of sand between water and condo as opposed to some of the recently developed properties closer to George Town. Adequate parking for rental vehicles. Fosters Food Fair < 5 min drive.   We brought our kids and grandkids for 10 days. Unit #8 was perfect for us. We loved the ground floor and the views from the patio and livingroom. The only problem we had was at check in there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms and some areas weren’t super clean. Luckily we were able to get to the grocery store right away because the office was closed by the time we noticed. They close early on Saturdays. Not quite sure what happened but after it was addressed we had no further problems. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was updated from the website photos. It’s now bright, white and open! Plenty of kitchenware items! Unit is wonderfully stocked, including many card/board games for families. FYI, community grills are charcoal grills but super nice Napoleon all stainless steel. Wonderful sandy beach plus some awesome reefs not far from shore. A perfect spot on 7 mile beach.! We will definitely stay here again and refer Christopher Columbus to others! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation with so many memories made!

  We had a wonderful experience at Christopher Columbus, Unit 8. The unit is immaculate and comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen. Unit 8 is on the ground floor, so we just had to walk out of it and on to the beach. The management is responsive and polite. We highly recommend it and will definitely return. We enjoyed snorkeling nearby and also swimming out to Cemetary reef to see even more fish. Pappagallos Restaurant is somewhat pricey, but excellent.
