Unit 31 / Garden View, Third Floor

This garden view unit has a great side view of the ocean! Master Bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room are a stylish open concept. Patio is relaxing and you can even see the ocean by looking to your right! Unit is just steps away from the beach! The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 31 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.

  We had a terrific stay at CC Condominium (unit 31). The unit itself was comfortable for the two of us. One complaint was that during the night, the noise from the traffic was very loud. The unit was Clean and kept up well. Although the kitchen was stocked well with dishes/utensils/ glasses, etc.., it would have been even better if there were some basic supplies - particularly things like spices, salt, sugar, oil. These are things that are expensive to buy when only staying for a week and would last, so multiple renters could use them.
  Staff was friendly and helpful. And the biggest draw is the magnificent beach and ocean in the backyard! Loved the palappas although many were taken by 7:00 ( some even at 5:30 am!) making it a little difficult some days to find a spot in the shade.
  Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

  The unit and in-suite amenities were as described. The property is well maintained. The pool area and beach were very nice and great for kids. Our grandson who is 3 years old spent much of the time in the zero entry kiddie pool. There was enough shaded areas either on the beach or around the pool which was nice and better than some of the other places we have stayed on Grand Cayman. I would stay here again if we return to the island.

  We always enjoy our time on the island and we love CCC! The property is lovely and well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
  Getting a lounge chair and a tiki hut can be challenging if you’re not an early riser. This was our 2nd time in Unit 31. It’s a lovely unit but the king bed is a little too firm for our tastes.

  This was not our first time to visit Grand Cayman but it was our first time renting with Christopher Columbus and I can say with certainty that we will be back again. The rental unit was perfect and cleaning crews come in daily. Every single staff member was amazing and so personable. The beach is great, it’s far enough away from hotels and cruise ship guests that you feel you are on a private beach. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Anyone considering staying here I would recommend getting a rental car.

  Absolutely fantastic property- this was our 2nd time staying at unit #31, perfect for a couple, great view of the beach and water from the spacious patio. We love everything about this place - the location, the beach, the beautiful landscape, the amazing staff, peace and quiet! Snorkeling right from the beach is a huge bonus!   What an amazing place!!! Beautiful, wide beach, very comfortable beach chairs, plenty of space, snorkelling right of the beach! Our unit #31 was even better than described on the website - view from the balcony is just perfect. Anything you could possibly need during your stay was provided, very clean and comfortable, Management is very friendly and helpful, housekeeping is great, property is very well-maintained. Short drive to great restaurants and other snorkelling spots like the one at Macabuca - cool place! We would definitely stay here again on our future visits and highly recommend this place to our friends/family.
