This immaculate two bedroom condo offers a tranquil and private setting on the world famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. Unit is perfectly positioned to provide privacy and tropical ocean views. This condo features a king sized bed in the master room, a queen bed & a twin bed in the second bedroom, an open living / dining area and a large open patio. The white sandy beach and aqua-blue sea, as well as ocean-side pool are steps away from this newly furnished condo. The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Don't wait-make this your " Best Vacation" ever!

*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 26 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.

  This room was one of the cleanest and nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in while on vacation! You can tell it was newly remodeled! It had new Kitchen Aid appliances and anything you should need in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful, and the bedrooms were super cute as well!

  Another great experience at CCC -this time in a different unit 26 - perfect! Very bright, clean, comfortable, quiet condo. Few missing kitchen items were provided almost immediately by the Management - thank you! It made our stay much more enjoyable. Daily housekeeping is very professional and accommodating. Grounds are beautiful, location is the best especially for snorkelling from the beach and long walks on SMB. Looking forward to our next visit.

  This was our first time at the Christopher Columbus facility and we were very pleased. The facility is top notch and well maintained. The yards and grounds were clean and manicured. Our condo was clean and modern. The appliances worked great. We had a nice view of ocean from the condo too. Our balcony was comfortable, not cramped. The beach was fabulous. We enjoyed great snorkeling right out back of the condo. The office and maid staff were delightful to interact with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit and the facility to friends. In addition, we enjoyed several restaurants on the island including Pappagallo's (nearby) and Tukka's (East end), as well as nearby shopping including the Kennedy art gallery and a trip to Stingray city (Capt. Marvin's) during our stay. We had a fabulous week in Grand Cayman.

  Christopher Columbus Condos is perfectly located. Close enough for a quick drive to anything we needed/wanted but far enough away to have the beach almost to ourselves. The exterior was well maintained and the interior of our condo was recently updated with fantastic appliances and impeccably clean. The staff were so kind and very helpful. The only downside to our condo was the limited pans (no large or nonstick that we found), the pillows on the king bed offered zero support, and it would have been fun to have had a boogie board for the kids. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation we’re considering a repeat for next summer.

  We stayed for one week in February 2023. The unit was as described, clean, lots of kitchen storage and utensils/cutlery/plates etc. Management is top notch, taking care of anything. Place is at the north end of 7 mile beach so it is quiet. Nice pool, lots of space under cabanas, beach chairs etc.
