SECOND FLOOR, 2 BEDROOM GARDEN VIEW. Master Bedroom has king size bed. Guest Bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Dining and living room are decorated with cheerful island colors. This unit is only a few steps to the beach! Unit also includes ham radio antennas for enthusiasts. The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

  This is probably our 10th visit to CCC. Our third time in this unit. The property is perfect if you want to escape crowds but still be close to everything. The property is very well maintained. The beach has a perfect mix of soft sand for chillin in the Caribbean and coral for some low key snorkeling. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Overall, perfect if you love the beach but do not want to feel like a sardine on a beach at a resort where your view is rows of chairs in front of you. We did notice going in the summer - more families. Not a big deal to have kids around but the larger family groups were giving the place American beach vibes (from someone who spends too much time at the Jersey shore), leaving messes, talking loudly, drinks left out and not cleaned until the morning. Went for a longer walk, got caught in the rain and came back to one of the larger families taking over our spot with our towels and I had just bought a pool noodle at the store that the grandmother was using in the ocean - haha - it was only $3 but just keep in mind - if you go when school is out - different vibes. While school is in - expect complete zen - quiet conversation - impeccable views. If you want a smaller resort feel where you can feel safe and at home with your kids - it's perfect. But if you are a loud bunch and a little messy - maybe go in the summer ;). We will return to pulling our son out of school and going during the school year. It truly is my happy place - just know the vibes seem different over the summer.

  This was our 2nd year in Grand Cayman, first at Christopher Columbus Condos. We loved everything about the condos. Less busy, spacious, we were able to make our own food and it just felt like home away from home! This unit is clean, the furniture and some rooms were a little dated, but those things dont bother us. The grounds are perfect, pool & beach amazing!!!

  Unit 24 was a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom garden view condo, 2 floor.. Sitting on the balcony you also had a corner view of the ocean. Living room furniture was very comfortable. TV easy to use with the instructions provided. Loved the material on the dining room chairs as I wasn’t afraid of sitting on them between beach hours without worrying about getting them wet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to see that the owners were very proud of their home. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

  We really enjoyed the beach and snorkelling at the condo property. We were grateful for the many shade huts. We wish the vegetation by our porch had been trimmed a bit, so we could have seen the ocean view better. The housekeeper we had was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The sunsets out front were spectacular.
