The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

  Christopher Columbus was perfectly situated for restaurants, a great stretch of beach, nice shade cabanas (no competition for umbrellas), nice pool for the kids, and the unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Use the onsite staff for private charter recommendations run by locals. Was able to get many insights / local intel on great spots.

  Always have a lovely time at Christopher Columbus Condos. The condos are cleaned every day, the workers are kind & polite, and you cannot beat the beach (truly the best on the island in my opinion). My family has stayed here many times and will continue to come back.

  We stayed in Unit 23 for a week. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 4 adults. The views from the balcony were priceless. The only minor complaint is the air conditioner. We set it on 72 degrees like the instructions said but the condo never got below 76-78 degrees. The staff at Christopher Columbus were great and very kind. We will definitely be back.

  We had a wonderful time in this bright , spacious and cheerful condo. Location is perfect! Balcony with beautiful views of Seven Mile Beach.   We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our condo. The only thing is we had plumbing issues in both bathrooms. We let the management know about the toilets but they were never really fixed.   We love Christopher Columbus. It’s away from the busy part of Seven Mile Beach yet it’s easy access to anywhere on the island. We have stayed here multiple times and would not stay anywhere else. The snorkeling off the beach is excellent and the property is just the right size. The staff, especially the property manager, Lisa, and office manager, Josephine, are the best I’ve ever encountered. They are both very professional and very caring.
  Probably the only negatives I can say is that too many guests hog the beach chairs even though they are not on the beach. There have been times I could not find a chair without a towel on it even though no one ever shows up. Other than that, the unit we stayed in, 23, is badly in need of a new dishwasher.

  Stayed here with friends for 5 days. This is my 2nd time at Christopher Columbus and 2nd time in this unit. We are in love with CC, Our Unit is fully equiped, clean, safe and comfortable. Great Bedding. Quiet and peaceful. The only down side is having to leave! Free Parking!
