Soak up a breathtaking ocean view from this second floor, three bedroom condo located on the quieter (more relaxing) side of Seven Mile Beach. Master bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has twin and queen bed. Unit includes a newly renovated kitchen that's fully equipped and an open concept that flows from kitchen, dining room and living room with flat screen TV. The patio provides beautiful views of the Caribbean. Unit includes cable and WiFi for you to enjoy after a day on the beach or anytime you need it. Kick back and relax with our Monday through Saturday maid service. The property boasts a beautiful fresh water pool a few steps from the beach and also has a zero entry kiddie pool that is a guest favorite for the little ones. Our beachfront is expansive and has fantastic thatched cabanas. Guest laundry is available on the property if desired.

  Our first trip to Cayman and Christopher Columbus condos and we were not disappointed.
  The condo was very clean and roomy and the 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 5 of us.
  The pool was well kept, clean and had many loungers and umbrellas.
  The cabanas on the beach were excellent for shade from the hot sun. There were always plenty available at ant time of the day.
  Housekeeping was an added bonus and Isabel was fantastic and did an excellent job of tidying up.We loved that we were give new beach/bath towels every day!
  We took advantage of the tennis courts across the street with free racquets/balls from the office.
  The beach is wide and absolutely beautiful for swimming. The snorkeling right off the beach was also fantastic. This place has it all and we would definitely come back if we have the chance.

  The unit and beach far exceeded our expectations. The high end furnishings were better than pictured on the website. The bed was very comfortable as were the living couches and chairs. The unit was well-stocked and exceptionally clean. Customer service was excellent (Josephine, cleaning woman and maintenance manager). The hot water heater broke at the beginning of our stay and the management had it replaced within hours! That would not have happened in the US. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view every morning drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the sunsets at night. The patio chairs on the balcony are nearing the end of there shelf life and could be replaced. If/when they are replaced, we hope they are not replaced like the ones in Unit 22 which has a high top table and stools as they are not comfortable from previous experiences.
  The beach was exquisite and the new plentiful beach chairs were really solid and comfortable. We were so relaxed and comfortable both in the Unit and on the beach that we never left the complex even for dinner. We have already made a reservation to return next year. In order to reserve Unit 21 for next year, we had to take the following week because this particular week is already reserved for 2026 and because we love this Unit, we are willing to do so. We are looking forward to returning to CC Condos!

  Four of us, two couples, just spent a week in our favorite unit, #21. We shared cooking, taking turns, and dishwashing. The kitchen is set up very well with lots of good gadgets like zesters, sieves, and a salad spinner. The beds were very comfortable, and the new ceiling fans made a good difference in comfort. We love the balcony, and the very clear beach. We all went snorkeling.

  Condo 21 and the entire facility was in perfect condition and well designed and maintained for a great beach experience. The south part of the beach is sandy a long ways out under the water while the north part has rocks and ledges 2 to 5 feet deep right near shore with a large variety of fish.
