On ground floor, no stairs! Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, single serve and standard coffee makers. Open dining area with glass table. Living room area has sleeper sofa, large flat screen "smart" television with cable including sports/information package, stereo audio system with radio/CD/Bluetooth/USB connection. Master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen cable television. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen cable television. Bathroom with walk-in shower; additional bathroom with shower/tub combination. Wifi throughout the unit. Lovely patio. Just 50 feet to the pool and beach! The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

  CCC is quite magical! We have been staying here since the 1980s. The location, view, landscaping, amenities including pool and gazebo, beach accommodations, staff, customer service are all five star. We have rented several properties over the years- garden units, ocean view and penthouse. Unit 2 is a great location on the property but the furniture, kitchen and televisions are dated and limited. Upgrades and updates are needed or the price needs to be reduced as this unit is not comparable to the interior of other units. Note- three stars on property’s general condition is purely reflective of unit 2, not the overall CCC property.

  3rd time's a charm.... and there will be a fourth. We have stayed at this location multiple times and it feels like home. Location is great. SCUBA diving pickup right at the door. A walkable grocery (.7 miles away). Bus stop across the street. The staff at CC is 1st rate. Sadly, our favorite staff member "Indie" is retiring. We will miss her horribly. CC is the place to be.
