Unit 19 / Ocean Front, Second Floor

Views of the Caribbean Sea are absolutely stunning from Unit 19. The expansive view—unique to this Ocean Front unit—was made possible by a bedroom-to-den conversion. That conversion doubled the living area space and the views from it! The thoughtfully placed partition between the living room and den can still be used to separate the open area in the evening, too. The unit has two official bedrooms and two bathrooms, but it can easily convert to three bedrooms with the flexible den space. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the den has two couches that double as two twin beds. This lovely unit is decorated throughout with beautiful and bright, island decor including gallery photography from famous Cayman photographer, Cathy Church. Open concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining, den and living room. Unit also includes flat screen TVs. It's the perfect island getaway! The property this unit is on is a 30-unit condo complex with a super great staff that keep the place shining and housekeepers that attend to the condos Monday through Saturday. You'll love sitting in a lounger under the thatched huts on the huge beach, and there are also plenty of loungers on the pool deck for you to kick back with a good book or take in the view. The property has a fresh saltwater pool that overlooks the ocean, and a zero entry child's pool as well as a great gazebo for gatherings—there's something for the whole family to enjoy!

  We were in unit number 19. It was absolutely comfortable and beautiful, but needs a little updating. We have come here four or five times over the last years and still consider it the best place I've ever vacationed. The beach is gorgeous and extremely clear water. Snorkeling and Diving is excellent. The grounds are beautiful.

  My family has stayed here for 25+ years and enjoyed every stay. Josephine is SO helpful- helps us check in, etc.— but also serves as a concierge. She has aided us in booking excursions multiple times. The condos are always very nice as well as the property. Best location and beach. You get it all at CC!

  It was excellent as always. Our only complaint was the roosters that woke us all up every morning WAY too early. Last time we were there in 2019 they were not roaming the property. I would suggest trying to relocate them somewhere else!

  What a beautiful location on a fantastic island! Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Christopher Columbus Condos! The location was superb and the views were spectacular from the 2nd floor. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed being on the northern end of 7-mile beach away from crowds--peaceful and relaxing!. The staff was excellent and our housekeeper Patricia was outstanding! We will definitely be back!!!!!

  This was the perfect January getaway from Chicago. Beach is beautiful. Complex is very clean and quiet. Cabanas offer shade when needed. We stayed in Unit 19 and loved the ocean view from the deck and kitchen/living area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
