Unit 19 / Ocean Front, Second Floor

Views of the Caribbean Sea are absolutely stunning from Unit 19. The expansive view—unique to this Ocean Front unit—was made possible by a bedroom-to-den conversion. That conversion doubled the living area space and the views from it! The thoughtfully placed partition between the living room and den can still be used to separate the open area in the evening, too. The unit has two official bedrooms and two bathrooms, but it can easily convert to three bedrooms with the flexible den space. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the den has two couches that double as two twin beds. This lovely unit is decorated throughout with beautiful and bright, island decor including gallery photography from famous Cayman photographer, Cathy Church. Open concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining, den and living room. Unit also includes flat screen TVs. It's the perfect island getaway! The property this unit is on is a 30-unit condo complex with a super great staff that keep the place shining and housekeepers that attend to the condos Monday through Saturday. You'll love sitting in a lounger under the thatched huts on the huge beach, and there are also plenty of loungers on the pool deck for you to kick back with a good book or take in the view. The property has a fresh saltwater pool that overlooks the ocean, and a zero entry child's pool as well as a great gazebo for gatherings—there's something for the whole family to enjoy!

  This condo had an amazing view of the beach, pool, ocean, and sunsets. If offers plenty of space in the living room with the sliding doors that open to the "den" area. It was well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. We cooked several meals from our fishing charter catch. There were several products available in the storage cupboards including bug spray, sunscreen, aloe vera, etc. We were able to stream our favorite local sports and programs on the t.v. There are grocery stores, liquor stores and a Dairy Queen just a short drive away. We loved this condo and would definitely book it again if we planned a return visit.

  Our family of 3 (two adults, one 3yo) had a wonderful stay at Christopher Columbus Condos. The condo was spacious and bright, with a great ocean view from the balcony. The pool and beach grounds are beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax while entertaining a toddler. We would love to stay here again!

  This is our second time staying at Christopher Columbus Condos and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The resort is located on the best part of Seven Mile Beach. The water is unbelievably beautiful and the beach never feels crowded. The sunsets are spectacular. We loved our condo and the staff at CCC. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.   We love Unit 19. We have been staying at CCC since the 1980s and love everything about it. The staff at CCC are top notch—professional and courteous and always helpful. Unit 19 has an incredible view. The unit has a wonderful kitchen stocked with everything including basic spices, beautiful furniture, extra items for the beach like coozies and a beach bag. We have stayed here a few times and love the new upgrades to the furniture that were made over the last year.

  Unit #19 was very clean and the layout was great. We had an issue with a one shot Keurig which was quickly resolved with a new, larger Keurig. Management eager to know if we had any issues which they could address. Access to the beach and pool was steps away. Master bedroom AC could have been better. All in all all a GREAT stay!!

  We were in unit number 19. It was absolutely comfortable and beautiful, but needs a little updating. We have come here four or five times over the last years and still consider it the best place I've ever vacationed. The beach is gorgeous and extremely clear water. Snorkeling and Diving is excellent. The grounds are beautiful.

  It was excellent as always. Our only complaint was the roosters that woke us all up every morning WAY too early. Last time we were there in 2019 they were not roaming the property. I would suggest trying to relocate them somewhere else!

  What a beautiful location on a fantastic island! Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Christopher Columbus Condos! The location was superb and the views were spectacular from the 2nd floor. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed being on the northern end of 7-mile beach away from crowds--peaceful and relaxing!. The staff was excellent and our housekeeper Patricia was outstanding!   This was the perfect January getaway from Chicago. Beach is beautiful. Complex is very clean and quiet. Cabanas offer shade when needed. We stayed in Unit 19 and loved the ocean view from the deck and kitchen/living area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
