Unit 16 / Ocean Front, Second Floor

Unit 16 is a spacious second floor condo with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the roomy third bedroom has two twin beds. The open concept layout of the main living area allows you to watch the birds soar the Caribbean sky while you prepare your favorite dish in the full-sized kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher! Enjoy a meal with friends and family in the dining area and then relax with a movie on the flat screen television or a drink on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of both the pool and the beach! Our maid staff can care for your room Monday-Saturday giving you time to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breezes. Take a walk on the spacious beach, play a game of tennis on our lighted courts, enjoy a beverage in our beach-side cabanas, take a dip in the fresh water pool or let the kids splash around in the zero-entry child’s pool. The possibilities are endless!

  Very enjoyable week! January is the time to go for relaxation and excursions. All the people that it takes to keep up the units ,ground’s etc. were nice and do a fab job. You can tell they are proud of the Christopher Columbus. Units seem to be kept up clean and a lot of supplies. Thank you !

  This was our 2nd time staying at Christopher Columbus and will not be our last! The staff and property is truly one of a kind. We love the location as it is more serene and away from the congested port side of the island. The pool area is perfect for young families. Our condo was fully stocked with everything we could need over our week long stay. We can't wait until next year!

  This was our third time staying at the Christopher Columbus. This is such a special place to stay! The condo was wonderful! The beach is phenomenal, never very crowded and always a place to sit. The grounds and pool are meticulously kept. The staff is amazing - they offer daily service in the condo! Fresh beach towels whenever you need them. I sure hope we can visit again soon!!

  I was so excited to finally be back at the Christopher Columbus after the pandemic kept us away. Since our original unit wasn't available, we chose unit 16 because it looked so pretty and cheerful, and it was. We had never been on the 2d floor before, but we enjoyed the views. Lisa and Josephine are so friendly and helpful; I always enjoy seeing and talking with them. We were so lucky to have perfect weather. Some of the places we ate at were the Calypso Grill (great food and excellent sticky toffee pudding), Casanova, which has always been a favorite of ours, where they serenaded my granddaughter for her birthday, Macabuca Grill, and a beautiful upscale restaurant in the Klimpton Seafire Resort, which was nice but not great for the high prices. All in all, we had a perfect time and look forward to returning next year!

  We have been staying at this property for many years because it is the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach -- close to all of our favorite restaurants and shopping. This Unit, and the others we have rented, is comfortable and well appointed. The ocean is just steps away and we love relaxing by the pool.
