Ideal vacation home for families or couples looking for a getaway. The condo is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on one of the most beautiful (and quiet) parts of Seven Mile Beach. In addition to having one of the largest stretches of beach on Seven Mile, Christopher Columbus has large grassy grounds, a full size swimming pool, toddler pool and fountain, multiple gazebos, beach chairs, swings, and hammocks. It is the ultimate location for relaxation and fun. | | This unit features 2 large flat screen TVs (1 is a 55" smart TV) with local cable service. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom (walk in shower). The second bedroom has two beds - a queen size bed and a single bed and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is a small desk area to set up a laptop and the unit comes with local phone service and WiFi (which even keeps you connected with high speed internet access on the beach!). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes. We also try to make you feel at home with a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, a Crock Pot slow cooker, rice cooker, toaster, and blender. | | The condo is a 2nd floor garden view unit with a "peek a boo" ocean view. With only 30 units, the complex is small so although our unit faces the garden, you are still just steps away from the pool and beautiful Caribbean sea. | | Housekeeping and fresh towels are provided daily as part of your stay. There are laundry facilities on the ground floor by the Manager's office if you need to do laundry. | The complex is well maintained and has a manager who lives on site to help with anything that is needed. We also live on island so can help with any recommendations or things you need during your stay.
*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 15 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.
