Newly and totally renovated ground-floor unit! Enjoy an all new, fully equipped kitchen complete with new appliances, all new bathrooms, new flooring throughout, new lighting, and more. Beautifully and newly furnished dining room and living room with flat screen 55" Smart T.V. Master bedroom has 1 king bed and 40" flat screen T.V. Guest Bedroom has 1 queen bed & 1 twin bed and 32" flat screen T.V. 2 Bathrooms (1 zero entry walk-in shower, and 1 tub shower combination). Unit includes a beautiful patio that is surrounded by a tropical garden, perfect for a quiet breakfast in the morning, and you're only 50 feet away from the beach itself. The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 1 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.

  Condos are steps from beach with plenty of options for lounging in sun or shade. Snorkeling in front of property is nice and you can walk to Cemetery Beach if you’re up for the trek. Staff were very friendly. Unit 1 was exceptionally equipped, beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. Quick drive to grocery store, Camana Bay, etc. We enjoyed our time here and will return.

  We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom first floor condo which was beautifully appointed and very cozy. We had a little patio area with comfortable furniture and a nice garden atmosphere. We were able to have a leisurely morning and head out to the beach with plenty of beach chairs available most days on the beach and all days around the pool. The beach and pool are picturesque. There is nice snorkeling just out from the beach and toward the right with schools of Blue Tang and French Grunt as well as many other colorful and interesting fish. The main reason we love this property is that it is peaceful and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle. Just what we are looking for.

  Very well stocked, clean and comfortable condo. Don’t let garden view discourage you from considering this unit. The patio is nice private area and you are literally steps from the pool and beach. When you stand on the beach facing the ocean it is rocky which makes it great for snorkeling. If you go to your left towards the edge of the property it is sandy and great for diving in and swimming.

  This was our second time staying in this condo unit and it was wonderful yet again. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Very short walk to the gorgeous beach and pool. The beach is not only beautiful but far from the cruise ship crowds which is why we chose this place again. Very quiet and relaxing. Condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Grand Cayman.

  This is my third time to stay at Christopher Columbus and it’s perfect every time. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook in if you wish. The two bedroom condo had bathrooms in each bedroom and the entire condo had been updated and freshly painted inside and out. Beaches at Christopher Columbus are the cleanest on 7 Mile; you won’t find better especially for the great value. We will be back!
